MISTERWORKS RETURN POLICY: Before sending returns email us or call 561-790-2004 to obtain a Return Authorization Number. Any goods returned without a proper RA# will not be accepted. Goods will be accepted for return within 10 days of receipt provided goods and box are in new condition. There is a 20% re-stocking fee and customer pays return shipping.
